“The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” Gets New Teaser

Amazon Prime is treating us with the most extraordinary fantasy drama of all time “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”. Moreover, the streaming giant bought the franchise rights for $250 million. While the fans want more of the series’ glimpses, the platform is doing its best to maintain the show’s hype.

Although the new teaser does reveal much about the plot, it does introduce us to some prominent characters. The two-and-a-half-minute teaser opens with a voice-over showing the audience the glorious and luxurious Númenor. Moreover, here we meet the brave warrior Galadriel who is searching for an enemy that can end it all.

The trailer also offered a disturbing scene which seems to be Galadriel’s vision of the upcoming enemy. In the end, the clip showcases an extended look at the mysterious “meteor man” who falls from the skies. With its ponderous dialogues and incredible action scenes, the show is deemed to break many records.

The series is set back in time to the Second Age of Middle-earth, much before the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. We will be seeing a time of relative peace with possibly the origin of evil we see in the films.

It depicts the major events like the rise of the Dark Lord Sauron, the fall of the island kingdom of Númenor, and the last alliance between Elves and Men. Moreover, the show stars Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, Maxim Baldry, Nazanin Boniadi, Morfydd Clark, Ismael Cruz Córdova, and many others.
