Peacock’s ‘They/Them’ Gets New Trailer: Watch It Here

In the wake of ongoing pride month, Peacock has decided to celebrate it uniquely. How? You ask. The streaming giant is coming up with a new film titled “They/Them.” It is a horror flick set in a conversion camp for LGBTQIA+ people.

“They/Them” new teaser trailer

The brief snippet shows us Kevin Bacon as Owen Whistler, the conversion camp owner inviting the young LGBTQIA+ group to the place. Moreover, he also assures the group that it is a “safe space.” The camp is located in the middle of the woods and seems to be a peaceful place.

The trailer later shows us the creepy and dangerous methods Owen uses to make the group acceptable to society. However, they don’t like the techniques and are unwilling to accept the conversion. The clip showcases the idea of duality present in gender discussion by depicting both happy and horror places of Whistler camp.

The film directed by John Logan focuses on conversion therapy for the ‘cure’ of LGBTQ+ teenagers. Moreover, the week-long session at Owen Whistler’s camp will ensure the process. However, the group rebelled against the staff and their dangerous methods. A series of killings starts at the camp, and now everyone has to fight for their lives.
