Netflix’s Live-Action Series ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ Wraps Filming

As per Avatar News, Netflix has finished filming season 1 of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Moreover, the upcoming live-action series approximately costs $15 million per episode. Some reports also suggest that A Martinez will be playing the role of Pakku in the series.
However, this is not the only development in the “Avatar: The Last Airbender” franchise. It is also getting three new animated movies announced by Nickelodeon and Paramount. Now let’s shed some light on the plot of the series.
What will ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ be about?
The official synopsis of the series is still under wraps. However, it will focus on Aang who is prophesized to bend all elements on the earth. Moreover, after waking up from being encased in ice. He will now save the world from the wrath of the Fire Nation. So our hero begins his journey to learn to bend all the elements.
When watching the original series, it becomes apparent it took significant inspiration from the extremely popular—Japanese Anime. Furthermore, the series casts Gordon Cormier, Kiawentiio, Ian Ousley, Dallas Liu, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Elizabeth Yu, and Daniel Dae Kim.
